At Jade by BCV, each piece is carefully selected and every permanent jewelry experience is customized just for you. Because of the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry services are final sale and are non-refundable.

If your chain breaks within 30 days due to a welding issue, we are happy to re-weld it at no charge.

If the chain is lost, stretched, or damaged due to normal wear, accidental pulling, or misuse, replacement chains and repairs are available for an additional fee.

Ready-to-Wear Jewelry & Accessories

Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, and other accessories are final sale for hygiene and quality assurance purposes.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Appointment Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
